Sessions

The Community’s activities have been shaped by the Anchor Members combining both structured and fluid collaboration. A strategic framework has been developed around four key focus areas to increase Leaders' ability to curate capability and contribution from a 21st century workforce:

  • Access and grow distinctive capability at pace
  • Release the talents of the whole workforce
  • Create a culture of shared ownership and accountability
  • Engage and inspire a diverse and distributed workforce

Using the power of inter-company collaboration Business and Talent Leaders are prototyping the Organisation of the Future, building the new Leader Playbook and developing a platform for experimentation to deliver innovation and change.
