/ 2017 PROGRAMME

Structured Collaboration Sessions 2017

The Community’s activities have been shaped by the Anchor Members combining both structured and fluid collaboration. A strategic framework has been developed around four key focus zones to increase leaderships’ ability to curate capability and contribution from a 21st century workforce:

  • Access and grow distinctive capability at pace
  • Release the talents of the whole workforce
  • Create a culture of shared ownership and accountability
  • Engage and inspire a diverse and distributed workforce

Structured collaboration sessions using: retreats, intense innovation laboratories (i-Labs) and roundtables will be designed and facilitated by IMAGINE supported by leading guest thought leaders. IMAGINE will also undertake in-depth primary and secondary research to provide external insight ahead of each of the collaboration sessions.
